Shipping Rates

Shipping within the United States is $6.00 per order.
Shipping outside the United States is $16.00 per order.

Shipping is per order, not per tape.Order as many tapes as you like for one flat rate

A sales tax of 7.5% is applied to residents of Nevada, USA.

Delivery Information

We ship all products within a few days of receiving your order via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Domestic orders (USA) are shipped using "Media Mail" and international orders to most countries are shipped using Global Priority Mail if your country's postal service belongs to the GPM consortium -- all other countries we ship using Air Mail.  Tracking numbers for these services are not available.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

On rare occasions express delivery is available.  If you have a FedEx account number, we will use your account number to send your products via FedEx (the $6 USA or $14 international shipping and handling fee still applies).  To avail yourself of this option, as soon as you receive your order confirmation via e-mail, FORWARD it to:  videoflex@aol.com  along with a note stating your desire to use your own FedEx account number, give us the number and reconfirm the exact shipping address.
